One of Paula von Freymann's current
areas of work is to document the age in which we live, in fossilized
form. She disassembles computers, telephones and other technical equipment
and uses the debris to make imprints in clay. She then uses the imprinted
clay to form various utility articles and sculptures.
The beautiful artifacts are designed and manifactured in
her workshop at Walmstedtska Gården in Uppsala. Her work
adorns the boardrooms of several Swedish companies. |
